This class provides an introduction to powerful techniques that are available to every one of us.  Drawing on teachings from Shakti Gawain and Carole Dore, among others, you will walk away with a myriad of tools to explore your true potential -- and finally bring your dreams to fruition. 

This class grew out of my success with these tools and the passion to share them with as many people as possible.  I moved to Portland 20 years ago: alone, broke, and overweight.
